If you would like some guidelines for best practice of coaching, Standards Australia has developed guidelines for Coaching in Organizations. These Guidelines has been drafted by a committee with contributions from representatives of all coaching industry stakeholders, including universities, coaching houses, government agencies, professional associations and purchasers of coaching. The focus of the Guidelines is coaching in organisations at the executive and management levels.
